A carnatic vocalist by profession, Smt Radha Parthasarathy is an ‘A’ Grade artiste in All India Radio in Classical and Devotional Music. An exceptional artist and Guru, she has been dedicated to this art for the past three decades.
She started her musical journey at the age of 10 under the able guidance of Smt. G. V. Jayashri. She has been performing in various Sabhas in Chennai and other parts of India too.
Apart from regular carnatic concerts, she also performs concerts based exclusively on Vallalar’s Thiru Arutpa and Arunagirinathar’s Thiruppugazh. She had been the demonstrator for Sangeethapriya’s series of lec-dems of Dikshitar’s Kritis on varied themes.
