Smt Umashree Guruprasad

Am Umashree Guruprasad, a Carnatic vocalist and a mandolin professional and Graded artist in devotional music from AIR bangalore. I was a disciple of Shri.Mandolin U Shrinivas and had advanced Carnatic mandolin training from him. I performed my arangetram under the auspices of my guru’s music school SIOWM(Shrinivas institute of world music) in the year 2013. Since then I’ve been giving regular performances in various sabhas such as: TTD( thirumala Tirupati Devasthanam), Chennai Neelakanta Sivan cultural Academy, Velachery, Chennai Giri Fine Arts, Mylapore, Chennai Meenakshi Sundararajan Fine arts academy,Chennai Valayapatti NAdhalaya trust, chennai Naadha Bhramham gyan academy, Chennai Trikala fine arts, Bangalore Sharadha pradisthana trust, mysore Kanchi mutt chaturmasya festival Maarga trust, Chennai Neelakanta sivan Sangeetha sabha, Trivandrum Sathya sai sangeethothsavam, Vaikom Guruvayoor appan temple, nanganallur, Chennai Iskcon, Bangalore RASI trust, Bangalore Amudhadwani, thaligai Iyyappan temple, mahalingapuram Besides the above list I have given various online concerts which have premiered on youtube and it’s in my channel umashree ramaraj. Besides these sabhas I’ve performed for various programs conducted in temples like kapaleeshwara temple, Chennai.
