Smt. Nithya

Nithya is a dedicated Carnatic vocalist with over 20 years of experience, committed to preserving and promoting the rich tradition of Carnatic classical music. Alongside her musical pursuits, she is also a Chartered Accountant by profession. She received advanced training under Vidwan Sri Madurai R. Rajaram, a distinguished disciple of Ramanathapuram C. Sankarasivam. Vidwan Sri Madurai R. Rajaram was also guided by Sangeetha Kalanidhi Dr. D. K. Jayaraman, continuing a rich musical lineage. She has presented solo Carnatic vocal concerts at sabhas, temples, and cultural events. She also performs as a vocalist for Bharatanatyam dance recitals, providing vocal accompaniment for classical dance performances. For over three years, she has been teaching Carnatic music, imparting a strong foundation in traditional repertoire, voice culture, and classical music to aspiring students. Nithya continues to contribute to the preservation and propagation of the Carnatic music tradition through teaching and performance.
